Wednesday February 10th was an extremely busy day at the office. With six online auctions ending that afternoon, the phone calls and emails were coming in rapid succession. The bidding was intense with three properties receiving over 60 bids each. At the end of the day six great properties were under contract. Thursday’s bidding for 2429 Johnson Drive was also good with 26 bids being placed. When the auction ended property number seven for the week was under contract.
